Description

This study uses vertex- and Voronoi-based computational models based on Chaste \cite{Cooper2020} to investigate interclonal cooperation within cell populations. We analyze interactions between mutated cell types with distinct hyperproliferative and invasive properties. Modeling the cooperative dynamics among these clones shows how cellular heterogeneity affects tissue growth and invasion, enhancing the understanding of tumor progression and therapeutic target predictions.
